Just a funny story
Paulie isn't usually one for nightmares, but last night he had one, and I am sure the whole neighborhood heard him screaming bloody murder. Anyway, we finally got him to stop screaming, and he came in our bed to go back to sleep. As soon as he was about to lay down, he starting shrieking 'WHATS THAT?' and pointing at the bed. It was just little Sophia, sleeping away in our bed. Nothing scarier than a 5 month old baby!
Our Little Superheros...
You may remember that Paulie got one of these for his birthday...well, yesterday Anna got one for her birthday. I did have one for Joey's birthday, and I couldn't wait till then, so I gave it to him too. They had a great time running around, trying to spell words with their initials (not much you can make with J, A, and P)!
Anna at 3 years!

Yesterday was a big day in our house! Anna turned three! Here is our little doll before we went home from the hospital.
We had a nice day...in the morning, since there isn't much to do around here, we went to the pet store and looked at all the animals. She really seemed to like that. After lunch at home with Dad, we went to the park. Also during the course of the day we decorated cupcakes and opened presents. She got a playmobil farm and clothes from Oma and Opa...Anna stayed up with Paul last night playing farm for a while.
She got a really funny skirt that plays Hokey Pokey and cowgirl boots from Grandma and Grandpa Jack...Anna loves to dance around in the skirt and play the music over and over.
Here are a few more pictures...Happy Birthday sweet Anna! You are really growing up, baby girl!
Sophia at 5 months
I can't believe she is already this old! These are from a couple weeks ago, around her 5 month birthday. Sophia continues to be alert and watchful. She rarely cries and loves to watch her siblings playing around her. She is a very sweet little baby! She is a thumb sucker, and no amount of coaxing from me was going to change that. I think that may be why she is able to sleep so well.

Big Changes around Here
For those of you that don't know, we have been living in a house in our town. Paul is able to walk to work, which is great, we are able to take walks in the evening together and the kids like living in a neighborhood with some other children around. But along with all the advantages, there come some disadvantages, of course.
Anyway, this has happened so fast, but we went for a drive, found a house that we knew was for sale, saw it the next day and then made an offer that week. It was accepted and we are moving in the middle of October! We are so excited. The house is newer than ours now...it is pretty big and we will have plenty of room for visitors. It also has a 6 stall barn and 40 acres. Our driveway is 3/4 mile, with a gate at the bottom, which means we won't have anyone wandering up it unless they are invited.
Things are happening very fast but we are really looking forward to the move. The kids can't wait to have a 4-H project and I can't wait to start a chicken coop in the spring. Obviously I don't want to post a bunch of pictures on this blog, since I don't know exactly who is looking at this website besides people I know and trust! Email me if you are interested and I will send you a link to the realtor listing. Talk to you all soon...
